Nadipuram leaves Iowa Hospital Association for Care Initiatives

157 wordsAll Latest News, Health and Wellness, On the MoveAbhay Nadipuram, formerly general counsel for the Iowa Hospital Association, has been named vice president and general counsel of Care Initiatives, a West Des Moines-based operator of nursing home facilities statewide. He begins that position on Nov. 9. Before joining the Iowa Hospital Association in January, he was an attorney with the Davis Brown Law Firm and Principal Financial Group. He is a graduate of Wartburg College and received a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2013. He was named to the Business Record’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2020 earlier this year. “I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my professional life and the opportunity to serve Care Initiatives and its 61 long-term care facilities across Iowa,” Nadipuram said in a LinkedIn post. Care Initiatives operates 44 skilled nursing care locations, eight assisted living locations, three senior housing apartment locations and six hospice office locations, serving more than 2,800 residents.
