Chris Beason has been named president of NAI Ruhl Commercial Co., which is headquartered in the Quad Cities. Beason, who has led the residential company, Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors, as its president, is extending his leadership to include the commercial division. John Ruhl will continue contributing to the company in his new role as managing director, focusing on select company initiatives and his personal brokerage. Also, Pete Hadjis has been named as sales manager/vice president for NAI Ruhl Commercial Co. “My focus will be on driving innovation and collaboration across our diverse sectors, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service and value to our clients,” Beason said in a news release.
