Jeffrey Naig, pictured, has been appointed as managing partner of BKD CPAs & Advisors’ offices in Des Moines and Madison, Wis., effective June 1, 2020. Naig is currently the industry leader of BKD’s telecommunications practice. The Des Moines and Madison offices are currently led by Abe Cole, who was appointed as the new regional managing partner of the firm’s eight-state North Region effective June 1, 2020. Cole will continue as managing partner while working with Naig during the transition. “I am honored to have the opportunity to be the managing partner of our Des Moines and Madison offices,” Naig said in a release. “It will be an exciting challenge to work with our leaders to continue our growth and diversification.” The Springfield, Mo.-based national accounting firm established its Iowa office in 2013.
