New DOT driver’s license station opens Tuesday in Waukee

81 wordsAll Latest News, Government Policy and Law, TransportationA new Iowa Department of Transportation driver’s license and identification service center will open Tuesday in Kettlestone Plaza at 1156 S.E. Ashworth Road in Waukee. The center replaces one that had been in Adel. The Adel center, which had been staffed by the Dallas County treasurer’s office, closed Friday. The new Waukee center will be staffed by DOT workers. Hours of the new center are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
