The Cory Family Trust paid Kenyon Quarries LLC $1.2 million on Sept. 10 for 36.1 acres at 10006 N.E. 56th St., according to Polk County Recorder’s Office records. The ground is now farmland, valued at $46,100, according to the Polk County assessor’s website.
Timothy and Toni Urban paid Delores L. Kalainov 1996 Revocable Trust $1.1 million on Sept. 13 for a condominium and three parking spaces at the Park Fleur Condominiums, 3131 Fleur Drive, records show.
TKKT Enterprises Inc. of Urbandale paid For5 LLC $1.2 million on Aug. 28 for the Sunrise Valley Apartments, located at 1033 Fifth St., West Des Moines, records show. The two apartment buildings, constructed in 1967, back up to the Val Air Ballroom.
Andrew Lashier and Jennifer Lashier paid Black & Gold Trust $1.4 million on Sept. 19 for a 5,717-square-foot house at 7811 N.W. 104th Court, Johnston, records show. The two-story house was built in 2007.
