Legacy Coves LLC, located in Des Moines, paid Clear Sky Capital Woodland Park LLC $12.1 million for the complex at 4530 Lower Beaver Road, records show. Clear Sky Capital Woodland Park acquired the 168-unit Legacy Apartments (pictured) in June 2019 for $7.7 million.
The property, which includes 7.2 acres and was developed in 1973, is valued at $8.3 millio
