A Des Moines apartment complex has been sold for just over $12 million, Polk County real estate records show.

Legacy Coves LLC, located in Des Moines, paid Clear Sky Capital Woodland Park LLC $12.1 million for the complex at 4530 Lower Beaver Road, records show. Clear Sky Capital Woodland Park acquired the 168-unit Legacy Apartments (pictured) in June 2019 for $7.7 million.
