NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Des Moines warehouse sold for $13.54 million

The following real estate transactions were recorded in Polk and Dallas counties between Aug. 6-14.

Four out-of-state investment groups 
paid Warehouse Investors LLC $13.54 million for property at 3901 Dixon St., Polk County real estate records show. The property includes a 199,180-square-foot warehouse constructed in 1995. The groups that bought the property are 3901 Dixon Investors LLC, Royal Holdings Ia. LLC and Perg 3901 Dixon LLC, all based in Kansas City, Mo., and Myron’s Yia Yia LLC, based in Overland Park, Kan. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 7.

Ryan and Shannon Woods paid the Paula K. Correy Revocable Trust $1 million for property at 10508 N.W. 74th Place in Johnston, records show. The 2.2 acres includes a 2,795-square-foot single-family house constructed in 2014. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 12.

Jens5 LLC paid Cityview 34 $1.5 million for property at 1331, 1333, 1335, 1337 and 1339 Keosauqua Way in Des Moines, records show. The properties are part of a townhome development just south of Interstate Highway 235. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 12.

3750 Grand LLC paid Wesley Development Services LLC $1.95 million for property at 3750, records show. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 13. To read related article, click here.

Tracy and Amy Lucas paid James Fredericksen $1.1 million for residential property at 5720 Red Bud Way in West Des Moines, records show. The property includes a 3,186-square-foot single-family house built in 2006. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 6.

Miller Properties 1 LLC, based in Clive, paid William C. Knapp LC $529,132 for property at 10950 Meredith Drive in Urbandale, records show. A car wash is planned on the 1.2 acres, according to Urbandale building permit information. The vacant ground was valued at $1,290 in 2019, records show. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 6.

Attivo Ankeny LC, based in Ames, paid DRA Properties LC $1.57 million for 12 acres at 1010 S.W. Magazine Road, records show. The land is valued at $18,570. The transaction was recorded Aug. 6.

Clayton Properties Group Inc., doing business as Summit Homes, paid Stratford Crossing LLC of Clive $1.7 million for 28 residential lots along Northwest Georgetown Drive in Waukee, Dallas County real estate transaction records show. The land is north of Hickman Road. The transaction was recorded on Aug. 8.
