The property includes 3.1 acres and a four-story, 93-room hotel (pictured) constructed in 2010. The building is occupied by Holiday Inn Express. The property is valued at $4.36 million. The transaction was recorded March 25.

Hills of Green Investments LLC, located in Cheyenne, Wyo., paid 810 Payton LLC $3.72 million for property at 810 Payton Ave. in Des Moines, records show. The property includes two three-story apartment buildings constructed in 1973. The complex includes 54 units. The property is valued at $2.4 million. The transaction was recorded March 21.

M&B Scott Properties, managed by Andrew Scott of Des Moines, paid Housebuyers LLC just over $1 million for 12 residential properties, all located in Des Moines, records show.
