A Georgia-based real estate company that specializes in the medical and office sectors has acquired property in Ankeny on which Mercy Medical North is located, Polk County real estate records show.

800 E First St Owner LLC, managed by SG Property Services LLC, acquired the 12.6-acre parcel, paying Ankeny North MOB LLC $31.7 million for the property, records show. SG Property Services is located in Atlanta, Ga., and, according to its website, focuses on health care-oriented real estate and professional office development.

The Ankeny property includes a two-story, 100,751-square-foot medical office building constructed in 2004.

The property is valued at $24.7 million. The transaction was recorded Oct. 17.
