NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Nursing home property in Des Moines sold to California entity

Skywalk Health Holdings LLC, based in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., paid TZVI Realty LLC $5.7 million for property at 5608 S.W. Ninth St. in Des Moines, Polk County real estate records show. The property includes a one-story, 25,412-square-foot building constructed in 1962. Genesis Senior Living Center, with 80 units, is located in the facility. The property is valued at $2.4 million. The transaction was recorded Aug. 6.

Scott and Paula Stackhouse paid Sixler 1 and Sixler 2 living trusts $1.3 million for property at 7108 N.W. 95th Court in Johnston, records show. The 3-acre parcel includes a two-story, 4,424-square foot house built in 2006. The transaction was recorded Aug. 7.

Marco Properties LLC, located in Des Moines, acquired 56 acres of farm land in eastern Polk County, paying $1.7 million for the property, records show. Jonathan and Mary Freeman paid Black Birch Homes & Design LLC $1.5 million for property at 3966 N.W. 77th Lane in Ankeny, records show. The property includes a one-story, 2,419-square-foot recently constructed house. The transaction was recorded Aug. 8.
