The parcel, which is semi-developed, is part of Haymarket Square, located on the northeast corner of Merle Hay Road and Aurora Avenue. The shopping center was acquired in January 2024 by Score Development and Block Real Estate Services, which are redeveloping the site. The transaction with Park Hill Holdings was recorded March 31.
KCI Grimes BTS LLC paid Anderson Four LLC just over $5 million for undeveloped land at 408 S.W. 28th St. in Grimes, records show. The parcel includes 24.5 acres. KCI Grimes BTS is managed by VanTrust Real Estate, a full-service real estate development company headquartered in Kansas City, Mo. VanTrust is developing the Altus Commerce Center in Altoona. When completed, the center is expected to include more than 1.24 million square feet of industrial space. The transaction with Anderson Four was recorded April 1.

Reserve at Glenstone Property Investors LLC and RPI Reserve Glenstone SPE paid Glenstone Apartments LC $3.62 million and CT 10017 LLC $3.67 million. The complex was developed in 2009. HB Clive Owner LLC, located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., paid Marc 1 Holdings LLC $4.95 million for property at 10056 Hickman Court in Clive, records show. The 1.1-acre parcel includes a recently built car wash. The transaction was recorded April 2.

• 1925 and 1937 W. First St. Each parcel includes a two-story building with eight units. The buildings were constructed in 1965. The combined value of the properties is valued at $990,000.
