NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS: Real estate sales from Polk, Dallas counties

The following real estate transactions were recorded in Polk and Dallas counties between June 15-19, 2020.

Bill Kimberley LC paid East Urban Investment LLC $687,700 for nearly 16 acres of undeveloped ground in Urbandale, Dallas County real estate transaction records show. The two parcels Kimberley, an Ankeny-based developer, bought are located south of Waterford Road between Northwest 156th and 170th streets. The transaction was recorded June 16.

SK Investment LLC paid Midwest Oil LC $2.1 million for property at 2635 Adventureland Drive in Altoona, Polk County real estate transaction records show. The property, valued at $746,800 in 2019, includes a convenience store and fuel pumps. SK Investment is managed by Pardip Sandu of Johnston, records show. The transaction was recorded on June 15.

The Chicken Coupe LLC paid Williams Turf Farms Inc. $1.37 million for property at 4350 S.E. Capitol Circle, records show. The property, valued at $336,000 in 2019, includes a 7,500-square-foot office-warehouse constructed in 1992. The transaction was recorded on June 16.

Swift Offices LLC of Bondurant paid Village at Grays Lake LLC $2.15 million for property at 2580 Fleur Drive, records show. The property, located on the former AIB College of Business campus, includes 3 acres and a 34,356-square-foot, three-level building constructed in 1972. Chase Gochnauer, CEO of Swift Resolutions and Swift Properties, told the Business Record last week that his companies will be located in the building and that he plans to lease the remaining space. The transaction was recorded on June 17.

2Pars LLC, based in Des Moines, paid Todd and Selena McClish $2.2 million for 16 Des Moines rental properties, records show. The properties are located at 4150 Easton Blvd., 1227 and 1322 Williams St., 4001 and 4007 Indianapolis Ave., 1235 E. 35th Court, 2419 E. 36th Court., 2021 E. 40th St., 219 Bell Ave., 4156 Hull Ave., 1335 and 1522 E. 16th St., 1536 E. Pleasant View Drive, 236 Franklin Ave., 817 26th St. and 2425 Welbeck Road. The transaction was recorded on June 17.

Heartland Co-op paid Landmark Office Park LLC $1.7 million for 23 acres of undeveloped ground in Urbandale, records show. The three parcels are located at 9439, 9379 and 9311 Plum Drive, immediately south of Interstate Highway 80/35. The parcels were valued at $22,680 in 2019. Vernon Flinn of Cumming is the president of Heartland Co-op, records show. The transaction was recorded on June 19.

Kum & Go LC paid Minnesota-based Road Machinery & Supplies Co. $2.23 million for property at 3015 Oxbow Court S.W. in Bondurant, records show. The transaction was recorded on June 19.

Community Improvement Group Inc. of Des Moines paid Fair North Properties LLC $1 million for 19 single-family properties located on Des Moines’ east side, records show. The properties are located at 1406 E. 27th Court; 1247 E. 34th St.; 1304 and 1309 E. 36th Court; 1211, 1215, 1218, 1219, 1220 and 2809 E. 37th St.; 2711 and 2727 E. Washington Ave.; 3410 and 3440 Easton Blvd.; 2906, 2944 and 3125 State Ave.; and 3017 and 3338 Dubuque Ave. The transaction was recorded on June 22.
