C&J Development Co. LLC paid $740,000 on May 13 to Iowa Trust and Savings Bank for 12931 University Ave., Clive. Maria Schuessler of Denny Elwell Co. represented the buyer. Brian Phillips of Terrus Real Estate Group represented the seller.

2744 E Market LLC paid $1.5 million to Greenstar Mid America LLC on May 29 for a recycling facility at 2744 E. Market St.
Hubbell Realty Co. paid $1.9 million to Principal Life Insurance Co. on May 28 for property near Robert D. Ray Drive and Des Moines Street for the first phase of the Bridge District development.
Gary Kirke’s Fair Grounds LLC paid $1.6 million to a Hurd Real Estate Services entity on June 1 for a 7,192-square-foot retail building at 5445 Mills Civic Parkway.
