Kent Darr recently spoke to Matt Felling, the new general manager of the soon-to-open Hilton Des Moines Downtown, for a Closer Look article. But it left me hanging. It turns out he’s been in the metro with his wife, Mary, since April, and the two enjoy going out to eat. But where do they go? I wondered. Darr wrote: “And if you ask, Matt Felling is quick to suggest a downtown spot for dinner tonight, even carryout.” It turns out Felling likes Centro. “I love the atmosphere, it’s engaging, it’s very diverse. I love the noise and the action; the food is excellent. I even get food 
to go from Centro.”
