As school districts work to create support systems for students’ mental well-being in new ways coming out of the pandemic, some are also looking at ways to create similar systems for teachers to help them avoid burnout and reduce the effect of stressors in the classroom, Michael Casey reports for the Associated Press. The article also shares how schools are implementing resources like social-emotional coaches in classrooms and using federal COVID-19 relief money.
