NOTEBOOK – ONE GOOD READ: Study shows four-day workweek improves sleep for employees
If you had a four-day workweek, what would you do with the extra day off? A new study suggests that you may spend much of it sleeping. This story from Insider shows that employees who transition from a five-day workweek to a four-day workweek use the fifth day to catch up on sleep. The study also shows that employees are getting more sleep at night, with the percentage of those sleeping less than seven hours a night decreasing from 42.6% to 14.5%.
