A couple times a week, we have a brief chat at home about dumping our smarter-than-ever-before cell phones and taking a step back in time to the old land line. It’s a short-winded conversation, but the thought persists because of truly unpredictable service by our provider — though it’s typically predictably terrible — and little hardware goof-ups that occur as smartphones age. This all brings me to President Donald Trump, a guy who everybody talks about, and the trade war with China. The folks at Fast Company have done a breakdown on the cost of importing Apple’s iPhone from our trading foe of the day.
