If we aren’t the workaholics ourselves, we lead one. In today’s age of being constantly connected, it’s easy to work around the clock. But as managers, we have to be cognizant of how often employees are working. In this week’s New York Times Magazine, the question for the ethicist revolved around this question: What do we do when one of our employees is working themselves too hard?
