Prior to becoming its CEO, Noyce served as FBL’s chief financial officer. He is the author of the book: “Financial Integrity and Compliance Success”. Noyce currently serves as vice chair of the Grand View College Board of Trustees and is a director of United Way of Central Iowa, the Greater Des Moines Partnership and Mid-Iowa Council of Boy Scouts of America. He chaired a capital campaign committee for Special Olympics Iowa that raised $2 million for a new headquarters building.
