The newly built 100-seat restaurant anchors a project to redevelop the 3900 block of Ingersoll Avenue. In 2021, businesswoman Kathy Fehrman, a managing partner in Fehrman Investments LLC, purchased property at 3901 and 3913 Ingersoll Ave. that included a medical office building and residence. The buildings were razed. Construction of the restaurant, designed to resemble a residential home with an enclosed, wrap-around porch, was recently completed. An edible garden on the property inspires the restaurant’s seasonal menu. An additional 3,000 square feet of retail space is planned to the west of the restaurant.
