Office property in Johnston that was developed around 2014 has been sold for $30 million, Polk County real estate records show.

Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., based in Johnston, paid ARCP OFC Johnston Ia Phase II LLC $30 million for the property located at 8325 N.W. 62nd Ave., records show. The 14-acre parcel was developed in 2014 by Ryan Cos. Inc., who sold it to a real estate investment trust for $37.8 million that year.

DuPont Pioneer’s Crick Research Center is located in the 184,658-square-foot building. Dupont Pioneer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Corteva Agriscience.

The property is valued at $30.6 million. The transaction was recorded Feb. 1.

The 2.3-acre parcel includes a 17,700-square-foot building that includes office and warehouse space. The property, valued at $1.5 million, was developed in 2006. The transaction was recorded Jan. 29.

Robert O’Mara paid Travis and Carolyn Cullen $1.5 million for property at 11959 N.E. 64th St. in Elkhart, records show. The 3-acre parcel includes a one-story, 3,057-square-foot house built in 2005. The transaction was recorded Jan. 29.

Wy-Ia LLC, located in Huxley, paid Benjamin and Andrea Hall $1.56 million for 134 acres Northeast 104th Street and Northeast 134th Avenue between Ankeny and Elkhart, records show. The property is mostly farm ground. The transaction was recorded Jan. 31.

Stubbs Development Inc., located in Altoona, paid Seek & Set LLC and Valor Home Builders $1.6 million for eight lots in the 4300 block of Northeast 14th Street in Des Moines, records show. The lots all include recently built duplexes. The transaction was recorded Jan. 31.

Daralee LLC, located in Grinnell, paid Hickman Road Properties LLC $1.44 million for property at 15950 Hickman Road in Clive, Dallas County real estate records show. The property includes a 5,600-square-foot strip retail center that was built in 2006. The property is valued at $1.26 million. The transaction was recorded Jan. 29.
