One Iowa raised record $360,000 in 10th annual gala
One Iowa, a statewide LGBTQ organization, raised approximately $360,000 through its 10th annual Gala Celebration on April 12, an increase of more than $130,000 compared with the previous year’s event. The event’s proceeds support One Iowa’s mission to advance, empower and improve the lives of LGBTQ Iowans statewide. Presenting sponsors of the event included Collins Aerospace, Dillenkoffer Endowment, Eddie and Sharilyn Mauro, the Polk County Board of Supervisors, and Principal.
