One Iowa announced it will be hosting a virtual LGBTQ Workplace Culture Summit at noon on April 3. The event will discuss how businesses can respond to the recent removal of gender identity protections from the Iowa Civil Rights Act. The session will aim to break down how new legislation could affect businesses, employees and customers.
