Online electric service territory map available
The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB), with assistance from the Iowa Department of Transportation, has created an electronic version of Iowa’s electric service territory map. The interactive resource allows online users to review local electric service information using a statewide map that links to county and local area maps. The resource can be accessed by visiting the IUB’s Web site, iub.iowa.gov, following the “Energy” link at the top, and then “Electrical Service Area Boundaries.” It can also be found at iowadot.gov.
