Pappajohn Center open house scheduled
The University of Iowa will host an open house at the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center, 1200 Grand Ave., from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday. The free event will offer the public an opportunity for the public to learn more about the university programs offered in Des Moines. Those who participate can also attend mini-workshops and take a tour of the facility or the Sculpture Park. UI President Sally Mason will speak briefly at 5:15 p.m.
