The Greater Des Moines Partnership will host the third cohort of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Management Certification Program in partnership with Schabel Solutions Inc. starting Aug. 27. Each workshop will take place on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to noon. The dates for the 2024 program are Aug. 27, Sept. 10, Sept. 24, Oct. 15, Oct. 22 and Oct. 29. According to a news release, the purpose of the series is to deliver tangible and practical action steps that will help participants build and sustain successful workforces, workplaces and marketplace outcomes through effective DEI initiatives. Participants will have access to exclusive Schabel Solutions frameworks. “This program is for anyone seeking to broaden their understanding of DEI and its pivotal role in organizational success,” said Stacey Robles, diversity, equity and inclusion program manager at the Partnership, in a prepared statement.
