Partnership announces keynote speaker for annual Inclusion Summit

Troy Cicero, president and chief skill officer at training and consulting company MulticultuReal Communications Inc., will be the keynote speaker at the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s 2024 Inclusion Summit. In 1994, Cicero founded the New Lenox, Ill.-based firm, which specializes in creating training on topics including diversity, equity and inclusion, cultural competence, leadership development, team building and conflict resolution, according to a news release. This year’s summit, scheduled for Nov. 8 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny, will also include panel discussion with CEOs, health equity experts and young professionals. The 2024 Inclusion Award winners and the 2024 DEI Management Certification honorees will be recognized during the event, the release said. This is the Central Iowa economic development organization’s 12th Inclusion Summit. Registration for the event is available on the Partnership’s website.
