The Greater Des Moines Partnership has announced it will host a four-part work-based learning workshop series for Partnership investor and member organizations. The series aims to guide participants in creating effective work-based learning programs that will attract and retain high school students as future members of the workforce. The workshops will be held on Sept. 12, Oct. 3, Oct. 24 and Nov. 21, and will cover topics including best practices and differentiating between internships and apprenticeships.
