Joe Murphy, the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s senior vice president of government relations and public policy, has been named to a national 40 Under 40 list by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. The award goes to “the brightest men and women under the age of 40 in the chamber industry,” the organization reported. The competition drew nearly 120 nominations. Murphy is responsible for the overall direction, identification and management of government affairs and public policy development for the Partnership.
