Pioneer to work with European drought-tolerance research consortium
E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. Inc. announced today that it has joined the DROught-Tolerant Plants (DROPS) Research Consortium.
DROPS is a European Commission-sponsored consortium that is developing tools and breeding strategies to advance drought-tolerance research in corn and other crop plants.
DuPont company Pioneer Hi-Bred will share expertise in drought research to help bring solutions for drought tolerance.
