Polk City joins with Bravo

Polk City has approved a 28E agreement with Bravo Greater Des Moines to become the 13th partner to provide funds to the organization.

Funding given to Bravo goes to support arts and cultural organizations in the region. Currently, Bravo distributes nearly $2.2 million annually provided by partner communities to 56 arts and cultural organizations.

Polk City joins Altoona, Ankeny, Carlisle, Clive, Des Moines, Indianola, Johnston, Norwalk, Polk County, Urbandale, West Des Moines and Windsor Heights as supporting communities.
