District Judge Paul Scott held a hearing on the case Oct. 21, hearing from both sides and viewing Deere surveillance videos showing picketers marching in crosswalks as vehicles tried to enter or leave the plant. He wrote in his ruling that despite the videos, there was no evidence the strikers had broken any laws.
