Power Breakfast scheduled for next week
The Business Record will host a Power Breakfast with presenting sponsor Merit Resources Inc. from 7 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday. The topic will be what makes a leader in Central Iowa, using the results of an assessment of 36 area leaders. Panelists are Terry Rich, president and CEO of the Iowa Lottery Authority, Lori Chesser, a senior shareholder at Davis Brown Law Firm, Kristi Knous, president and chief operating officer of the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines, and Marcus Pitts, vice president at NAI Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Co. The event will take place at the Des Moines Club in the Ruan Center, 666 Grand Ave. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased by clicking here.
