Dan Lindh will retire from his position as president and CEO of faith-based senior housing provider Presbyterian Homes and Services after more than 47 years with the organization. The company is based in St. Paul, Minn., and has senior living communities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Its six Iowa locations are in Cedar Rapids, Williamsburg, Ankeny, Dubuque, Council Bluffs and Clive. The PHS board of directors has launched a national search for the next CEO. During Lindh’s tenure, the company has grown to become the third-largest nonprofit provider of senior housing and services in the nation, a news release said. “I am humbled, thankful and privileged to have been part of this ministry for my entire career. I have been honored to work side-by-side with an outstanding board and a great leadership team, as well as capable and extraordinarily gifted staff,” Lindh said in a prepared statement.
