Requirements for submission:

The deadline for public notices is 3 pm Tuesday, 7 business days prior to publication date. TO ENSURE ACCURACY, NO PUBLIC NOTICES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, FAX OR TELEPHONE. We must be notified of any changes to or cancellations of previously submitted notices no later than noon Thursday prior to publication.

Notices should be typed (including all signatures) and accompanied by any publication requirements (such as the number of times the notice is to be published and whether it must be published by a certain date), whom to bill, and a phone number at which you can be reached should any question arise.
