RDG Dahlquist schedules open studio day
The public is invited to create pottery bowls during the RDG Dahlquist Art Studio Open Studio Day on Jan. 15 at RDG Dahlquist Art Studio, 316 S.W. Fifth St.
Experienced potters and beginners will work side by side from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., creating a selection of handcrafted bowls to be used at the Des Moines Area Religious Council’s Fifth Annual Soup Supper and Pottery Sale scheduled for Feb. 20.
The event is free of charge, with RDG donating the studio space, firing and glazing and Paoli Clay Co donating the clay.
