Des Moines Register: Downtown lunch and evening social hour spot the Riverwalk Hub, or HubSpot, is closed at least temporarily, according to social media posts from the restaurant and the Des Moines Parks and Recreation Department. The restaurant on the west bank of the Des Moines River posted on Facebook that new management “will be coming soon.” Des Moines Parks and Recreation posted on Instagram that it “is actively seeking another use for the building.” The venue has been operated by Michael LaValle since 2013.
