R&R Realty Group, headquartered in West Des Moines, recently announced its partnership with MD West One to build a 38,000-square-foot medical facility in Omaha. MD West One is one of the Omaha area’s leading medical providers of the most advanced and efficient orthopedic, neurosurgery and spine care. Site work, including grading and the installation of utilities, is scheduled to begin this fall at Fountain Ridge West, R&R’s business park where the building will be located. Construction on the building will also begin this fall and is anticipated to last about 16 months.
