R&R Realty promotes senior executives to new roles

R&R Realty Group, based in West Des Moines, has promoted two senior company officials to new roles, the company announced.

Adam Kaduce, previously managing director and senior vice president of R&R’s Real Estate Advisors, has been promoted to president of the brokerage subsidiary. In this new role, Kaduce will oversee daily brokerage activities for all of R&R’s Iowa portfolio. Kaduce joined R&R as an intern in 2009 and stayed on full time after graduating from Drake’s law school in 2012. As a member of R&R’s brokerage team, he has been responsible for some of the company’s largest and most extensive office, warehouse and retail leases.

Jeremy Shepherd, previously vice president of R&R’s Development Services Corp., has been promoted to president of the development subsidiary. Shepherd joined R&R in 2019 after working as a civil engineer with a focus on land development in the Denver, Colo., and Des Moines areas. A graduate of Iowa State University, Shepherd now oversees R&R’s development, construction and design activities across the Des Moines and Omaha metro areas.

R&R Realty Group also announced the promotions of Paul Rupprecht and Tom Rupprecht to the positions of executive vice president. Paul Rupprecht previously served as president of the brokerage subsidiary and Tom Rupprecht was president of the development subsidiary. In their new roles, they will work with R&R President Mark Rupprecht to set strategy and corporate vision for the daily activities of the company’s brokerage, development and construction, property management, investment, and technology subsidiaries.
