Optimae LifeServices Inc. has hired Edward Rund to lead its behavioral health program in Central Iowa. Rund brings nearly 40 years of experience in health and human services to the position. Before joining Optimae Behavioral Health, he was an advanced clinician and held various director and administrator roles in therapy programs across Central Iowa in both rural and urban settings. As the clinical director, Rund will oversee a team of licensed therapists and the operations of Optimae’s behavioral health program across Polk, Story, Jasper and Dallas counties. He has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa, and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Central College.
