A rendering of Ryan Companies’ new headquarters in downtown Minneapolis

Ryan Companies US Inc. is building a new corporate headquarters in a part of downtown Minneapolis where it has led the redevelopment of a five-block area near the new Minnesota Vikings football stadium, the Minneapolis StarTribune reported. Ryan plans a four-story, 172,000-square-foot building that should be completed in 2017. The building will feature exposed steel beams, a brick exterior and windows with curved tops. Ryan has been selected as the construction manager for the the Krause Gateway Center in the Western Gateway of downtown Des Moines.
