Hoyle joined the Partnership in 2017 after working as a media specialist at the Iowa Donor Network and a multimedia producer at WHO-HD Channel 13 News. On Facebook, Hoyle described his new role as business consulting on digital storytelling for nonprofits. Hoyle is also a partner in Rack House Whiskey Club, a subscription craft whiskey service. “Working at the Partnership has been an honor. The skills and knowledge I have gained have given me the confidence to go for it and build a new business full time (and work on two others) in #DSMUSA,” Hoyle wrote in a public post. In a job posting on the Partnership’s website, the position is described as a “key leader in the day-to-day workings of the Communications and Marketing Team while leading media relations.”
