Sammons Financial Group Inc. announced that its annual community outreach program will donate $175,000 to support 24 local nonprofits. The initiative, which started in 2018, allows employees to nominate their favorite local charities each spring and share with co-workers about the mission of the organization and why they are passionate about it. All employees vote on the organizations that they want the company to support financially. In 2022, Sammons Financial Group donated $3.6 million to local charities through its various charitable giving programs.
