Sauer-Danfoss Inc. yesterday announced that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of 35 cents per share for the quarter ended March 31. The dividend is payable on April 16 to stockholders on record as of March 30. This is the first quarterly dividend paid by the company since it suspended the payment of dividends in March 2009.
