The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Iowa district office has announced the 2025 Iowa Small Business Persons of the Year. The SBA is recognizing Perry-based Percival Scientific’s President and CEO Jake Oakland, Vice President of Sales Jamie Jackson, and Vice President of Marketing and Communication Joni Campidilli. According to a news release, Percival Scientific is a manufacturer focused on the engineering, design and fabrication of custom research environmental growth chambers for universities, colleges, government institutions and businesses worldwide. Oakland, Jackson and Campidilli will be recognized during National Small Business Week May 4-10 at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. “We are pleased to recognize the team from Percival Scientific as Iowa’s Small Business Persons of the Year and know Iowa will be well represented during National Small Business Week,” acting Iowa district director Dawnelle Conley said in a prepared statement.
