Applications are open for the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Shuttered Venue Operators Grant, designed for operators of live venues, live performing arts organizations, museums, movie theaters, live venue promoters, theatrical producers and talent representatives. The application portal has been updated following technical issues during the initial April 8 opening, the SBA said in a statement. At least $2 billion is available for eligible SVOG applications with up to 50 full-time employees. Eligible applications may qualify for grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, up to a maximum amount of $10 million for a single grant. More information and applications are available online.
