The Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, or ICREA, will present Dave Lentell, public information officer with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), at its monthly breakfast meeting on Feb. 3. Lentell will provide an update on SBA resources and new financing alternatives for small businesses at the meeting, which is scheduled to begin at 7:15 a.m. and is open to anyone with an interest in commercial real estate.
