Simpson College has appointed Jennifer Chittenden as its director of workforce partnerships for Simpson’s Online and Graduate Studies. According to a news release, she will be responsible for building relationships with workforce clients to offer their employees access to Simpson Online and Graduate Studies programs, which include 15 bachelor’s, master’s and certificate programs. Chittenden most recently served as director of membership for the international chapter of the PEO Sisterhood, a philanthropic organization helping women achieve their educational goals. Before that, she was executive director of the Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce for almost 10 years. Chittenden holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
