83 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe West Des Moines Plan and Zoning Commission this week approved the preliminary plat and site plan for a Hy-Vee convenience store with seven fuel pumps and drive-thru coffee shop at 9150 University Ave. The building will be 6,565 square feet. Hy-Vee originally received approval for the project in October 2018, according information provided the commission. The various approvals had expired and new ones were required. Hy-Vee acquired the 4.8-acre parcel in fall 2018, paying $1.9 million for the undeveloped land, records show.
