79 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission on March 24 approved a site plan for a Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh and Smokey Row coffee shop with drive-thru. The project, located at 2855 Grand Prairie Parkway, would include a 6,700-square-foot building that would house both the convenience store and the coffee shop. The development is immediately south of Holmes Murphy and Associates. Smokey Row has locations in four Iowa cities including Des Moines and is opening a fifth in Ankeny.
